Little Angels Seminary Director

Welcome to Little Angels’ Seminary

By Md. Iqbal Hossain Raj, Director

It is with great joy and a deep sense of responsibility that I welcome you to Little Angels’ Seminary. As the Director, I am humbled and honored to serve in a role that allows me to help shape the lives of young minds. Our school is more than a place of learning; it is a living, breathing community of dreams, values, and aspirations.

At Little Angels’ Seminary, we believe that education is not merely about acquiring knowledge, but about nurturing the whole child — intellectually, emotionally, morally, and spiritually. We see each student not just as a learner, but as a future leader, a changemaker, and above all, a kind and thoughtful human being.

Every child who walks through our gates carries a light within — a spark of potential waiting to be ignited. Our duty as educators, mentors, and guardians is to recognize that light and guide it toward its fullest brilliance. We strive to create an atmosphere where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to explore their talents and interests.

We have built our foundation on strong values — integrity, respect, humility, and perseverance. These are not just words on a wall; they are lived experiences, woven into the fabric of our daily interactions. Our classrooms are places of respect and collaboration, our playgrounds are spaces of joy and inclusion, and our school events are celebrations of unity and purpose.

Our curriculum is designed not only to challenge the intellect but also to develop the heart. While academic excellence remains a priority, we are equally focused on instilling life skills such as empathy, responsibility, and critical thinking. We aim to raise individuals who are not only knowledgeable but also wise, not only successful but also compassionate.

One of the key strengths of our school is the incredible team of educators and staff who serve with passion and dedication. Each teacher here is a guide, a role model, and a lifelong learner. They invest their time, energy, and hearts into every lesson, knowing that the seeds they plant today will bear fruit for years to come.

We also understand that parents and families are our most important partners. Your trust, involvement, and feedback are vital to our mission. Together, we form a triad of support — home, school, and community — to ensure that every child thrives not just academically, but emotionally and ethically as well.

Our commitment to holistic education includes a focus on several essential pillars:

  • Character Development: Building strong moral values that guide choices and behavior.
  • Spiritual Growth: Encouraging reflection, prayer, and gratitude for a grounded life.
  • Cultural Appreciation: Fostering respect for heritage, diversity, and the arts.
  • Cleanliness & Discipline: Cultivating responsibility and self-control through daily habits.
  • Reading & Independent Learning: Promoting curiosity, literacy, and lifelong learning.
  • Service to Others: Inspiring acts of kindness and community involvement.

As we look toward the future, we remain committed to continuous growth and innovation. We are exploring new methods of teaching, integrating technology meaningfully, and nurturing creativity in every field. The world is evolving rapidly, and we are preparing our students to be agile thinkers and compassionate citizens in this changing landscape.

At the same time, we never lose sight of the human touch — the importance of a smile, a kind word, a listening ear. These small acts of kindness define the true spirit of our seminary. Our hope is that every student leaves Little Angels not only with knowledge in their minds but with love in their hearts.

I invite you to walk this journey with us — to dream big for your child and believe in the endless possibilities that lie ahead. Let us work hand in hand to build not just bright futures, but also better human beings. Education is a sacred trust, and at Little Angels’ Seminary, we honor that trust every single day.

To all our students — past, present, and future — know that you are the reason we exist. You inspire us, challenge us, and give our mission meaning. To our parents, thank you for entrusting us with your most precious gifts. To our staff, thank you for being the heart and soul of our school.

Together, let us continue to create a school where minds are nourished, values are rooted, and dreams are realized.

With deepest gratitude and unwavering commitment,
Md. Iqbal Hossain Raj
